Payment/Refunds
Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis. The payment amount will depend upon which term of subscription you have chosen. For example, if you have chosen our 6-month premium membership you will be charged for the full 6-month period price upfront. If you have received a free subscription period via a promotional code, then you will not be charged for those days covered by the promotional period. All promotion codes issued by GiveMeThatPicture.com for free premium subscriptions are only valid for set time period, prescribed by GiveMeThatPicture.com. Any payment taken by PayPal on behalf of GiveMeThatPicture.com through auto-renewal is non-refundable. All auto renewal cancellations should be made through PayPal, prior to your subscription expiration date.

Subscription
When your subscription period expires or your free promotional period ends and you do not elect to purchase a new premium membership, your account will automatically revert to a free GiveMeThatPicture.com account upon the expiration date and be subject to all the conditions of a free account. It is advised, that if a user has a large quantity of images as a premium member and wishes to revert to a free membership, any images or album numbers exceeding their allowance as a free member will not be accessible.

Cancellation of subscription
Please note, that payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you delete your GiveMeThatPicture.com account before the end of the subscription term for which you have paid, you will not be given any refund. Once paid for, a subscription cannot be abolished or refunded and will only end on the expiration of the subscription term. If you are using the auto-renewal option through PayPal you can at any time cancel the auto-renewal before the end of your subscription term. By doing so you will no longer be subject to pay further subscription fees, but will still remain a premium member and have use of our premium services until the end of the subscription term. When subscription has been renewed and accredited via automatic renewal, then any funds taken are non-refundable. GiveMeThatPicture.com reserves the right to terminate your premium membership at any point during your subscription period if our terms of use have been breached. If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused period of your subscription. GiveMeThatPicture.com is entitled to change the price and/or other terms and conditions applicable to it’s services. GiveMeThatPicture.com may terminate its premium membership option at any time upon notice to you. In such an event, you will be entitled to complete the remaining subscription period for which you have already paid.

Liability Limitation
GiveMeThatPicture.com may not be held responsible or liable for any disputes or litigations that may occur between yourself and PayPal.
